RETURN POLICY

Refund: Return up to 10 days after you receive it. Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS (depending on what label was created for you), please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return. 

Store Credit: *Now offering a $5 bonus when you select Store Credit for your return! 

We will exchange your item up to 10 days after you receive it, for store credit to your digital gift card. Once your return package is verified by FedEx/USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item up to 10 days after you receive it, only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.
